Appliqued French General Flowers blow about on slender chain stitch stems which sit in a pocket vase. The wool quilt on which this piece has been made is very old and thick and unusual. This little wall hanging is designed to be hung straight on to the wall and rings are sewn on to the wall for this purpose. The textile measures 28 x 26cm
